Italian term or phrase: amanti mariti suoi
The 'suoi' refers to a woman. Does this simply mean 'her married lovers' or is there a specific term I don't know?

Thank you.

would each like to be her husband or (her) lover
Explanation:
I think its difficult for individual people to be husbands or for a group to be husbands at the same time. adding the word each solves the problem
I would include the second "her" for emphasis.
It may seem a little free but I think it conveys the Italian meaning completely.

her husbands and lovers

Explanation:
Though more context would definitely help, I am sure it does not translate as "married lovers". The text probably refers to a lady's several love affairs, be them husbands she had or lovers.

agree  simon tanner: agree - a singular is required here. Apart from anything else, within the Camorra, faithfulness to one's spouse or partner is a fundamental rule - she wouldn't be having various lovers at the same time, let alone more than one husband!
