Can anybody tell me whether the correct translation of approvvigionamento in the maritime industry is procurement or provisioning. I refer specifically to the process of purchasing goods/services requested by and delivered to passenger ships.

victualling

Explanation:
This is the word that came into my head and this is what Google definitions gave for it.

Definitions of victualling on the Web:

The restocking/resupplying of a ship at sea.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Jim, but I believe victualling refers specifically to the supply of food. I should have specified that the text in question refers to the supply of technical parts/equipment.
