La domanda è stata veramente chiusa con troppa fretta, ma se non erro il termine utilizzato dalla chiesa in GB (ho frequentato scuole cattoliche per 13 anni in Inghilterra, dalle surore ... non dico altro) dovrebbe essere "Cyrenian" (con la maiuscola). L'espressione deriva dal santo, Simone detto "il Cireneo", che aiutò Gesù a portare la croce senza voler alcun ricompenso e rischiando anche lui in questo atto generoso. Attualmente, in GB esiste un'associazione detta The Cyrenians, che si ispira a questo santo, originario della città di Cirene (Cyrene in inglese), una delle 5 città della Cirenaica in Libia occidentale. Giustamente Danilo parla dei "Cyrenaics" (però sempre dovrebbe avere la maiuscola), ma mi pare di capire che il termine viene utilizzato per definire non solo le persone della Cirenaica, quindi meno specifico di "Cireneo", e anche come riferimento filosofico. Su quest'ultimo non ho molte informazioni, ma sul fatto che in inglese il "cireneo" si chiami "Cyrenian" non ho alcun dubbio.
