Italian term or phrase: i diritti della metà indivisa
I am tranlsating a last will and testament

"...lego in favore del mio nipote A tutti i diritti immobiliari da me vantati sui beni immobili siti in B assegnatimi dall'atto di division per notar Sig. C in data D, e segnatamente i diritti della metà indivisa:
a) dell'abitazione all località E con accesso dall via F;
b) dell'appezzamento di terreno alla medesima località, esteso circa are diciassei;

Online I found this other similar example, but I can't actually find the term within page 66 and I have no idea aboutthe translation:

'rights to the undivided half' ????

rights to a jointly owned half; (E&W) interests in a jointly tenanted moiety
Explanation:
Contrary to other ProZ commentators on similar French & Spanish questions, a moiety can be one-half, though it need not be.

NB in EN registered conveyancing, joint tenants (owners) take an undivided one half each, whereas separate owners alias tenants-in-common can take in the proportions of 60/40 or 90/10 etc.

Rights in land are often known as 'interests', to wit; an interest retained in possession of premises.
