Asker: Awesome! :) Mind if I PM you? I have one other question re: DB immobiliare. I think it is an Italianization of the English "real estate data bank." Could that be possible? There's one other shorthand I don't "get": EDM.

I locali degli edifici si distinguono in locali fuori terra, locali interrati e locali seminterrati, in funzione della loro posizione rispetto al terreno circostante.
2. Si definiscono fuori terra i locali il cui piano di calpestio risulta in ogni sua parte posto a quota superiore rispetto alla quota del terreno circostante il locale a sistemazione avvenuta.
3. Si definiscono seminterrati i locali il cui piano di calpestio risulta in tutto o in parte a quota inferiore rispetto alla quota massima del terreno circostante o della quota di pavimento dei locali contermini, se la superficie delle pareti perimetrali che delimitano il vano prospetta direttamente verso l’esterno in misura superiore al 25% della superficie totale delle pareti stesse.
4. Sono locali interrati quelli diversi dai precedenti.
