Bus/Financial - Real Estate / real estate value estimate
Italian term or phrase: piu probabile valore
The title of this document reads "Relazione di stima per la determinazione del piu probabile valore di Mercato". I suppose "real Estate value report" is the general idea.. but what do they mean by "determinazione del piu probabile"? Something like "real estate value report indicating the most likely market value"? Or is there a specific phrase in the industry I should use? thanks in advance.

agree  Adrian MM. (X): nothing wrong with the superlative form of 'likeliest', plus cadastral is akin to an Ordnance (not Ordinance) Land Survey index map in UK land reg., whatever critics - inc. UK land lawyers - claim.
