here is the context: the heading is

neutral  Russell Jones: As I understand it, "messuage" is a dwelling house" and this phrase is describing something in addition to the "fabbricati"

  -> Thanks. I did miss the fabbricati, so ALL THAT LAND and appurtenances thereto (note the upper casing).
