I am unsure on the overall meaning, and the best term to use for this phrasing. Other Kudoz entries do not seem to help me put it into context in my own paragraph, as follows:

"Il nominato procuratore resta perciò autorizzato a sostituirsi, in ordine alla presente procura, in tutto e per tutto alle comparenti le quali fin d'ora dichiarano di ritenere per fermo e valido l'operato del detto procuratore, senza bisogno di ulteriore ratifica, con formale rinuncia a qualsiasi eccezione per eventuale conflitto di interessi."

My attempt is:

" In relation to this power of attorney, the appointed attorney is authorised to take the place, in all regards, of all the abovementioned..actions.???"
