neutral  James (Jim) Davis: Unnecessarily wordy Ann. Lawyers were paid by the word for centuries in Europe, but I charge on the source. In this context "gli immobili di proprietà, sui quali sono ubicati gli impianti," nobody is going to construe personal property.

  -> Don't necessarily agree, Jim. In law, we have real property and personal property. In Italy, we have immobili and mobili. Immobili refers to real property and mobili refers to personal property. There is a distinction.
