Law/Patents - Real Estate / Title search (Visura per soggetto) form
Italian term or phrase: Riserve
This term comes up in a couple of different places and I don't know if it has the same meaning in both places or not.
Firstly, after the specifications and details about the land in question, the final column is entitled "Dati ulteriori", which I have translated as "further information". There are 12 parts of the estate and each one has this "riserve" term listed under "Dati ulteriori".
Secondly, at the end of the one of the tables in the form, all of the 12 properties parts are listed as

Immobile 3: RISERVE etc etc.
And so on

I originally thought that under the "dati ulteriori" column the idea was that the information was being reserved in the sense of withheld. However, this would not correspond to the use of the term in the second occurence, the list of properties.
Should I just use the literal translation of "reserve" here? I also thought it might refer to a reserve of land iteself, but am not sure which, if any, to use.
