estate/inheritance declaration Explanation: This is just an alternative to using the word 'succession' Estate affidavit Declaration of inheritence I don't think there is the exact equivalent of the 'denuncia di successione' in the UK/US. The 'denuncia' seems to be a declaration you make to the tax office declaring the property of the deceased and the heirs within a year of their death. They seem to use a 'small estate affidavit' in the US where probate isn't taken out |
