removable fixtures Explanation: The concept of semi-fixture does not exist under the common law: either something is a fixture or it is not. A fixture is an item of moveable property which is attached to immoveable property, thereby ceasing to be moveable property (e.g. a plank of wood becoming a window sill). Seminfissi is a pretty rare word in Italian and, to my knowledge, does not have any legal meaning as distinct from infissi. However, the point I think they are trying to make here is that the seminfissi are less fixed than the infissi.
