Italian term or phrase: partita catastale
I have to translate computer-generated responses into English. The partita catastale appears to be a search against a particular subject (physical/legal person) and details all immoveable properties held by him or it. Is there a concise way of saying this in English which communicates all of the above? I see that "land register search" is one alternative, but that doesn't make clear the content of the search. Thanks!

Yes. thanks I think this is the best for my purposes. I used to do conveyancing, but I had never encountered "cadastral" either! Thanks very much. Margaret

Notes to answerer
Asker: thanks, but this is a little too general. The "partita catastale" is a search against a name (this may be a company, private individual or other legal entity) in the Land Register. All the real rights (immoveable property, and rights/obligations relating to it/them) are then listed. Maybe a concise and neat way doesn't exist in English and I'll just have to put an explanation in brackets - something like "Real Estate Portfolio". This is a computer-generated answer which has to be undertstood by the "man in the street", so that's why I'm trying to get something that conveys the idea. Thanks for your time!

Explanation:
This is how it appears in an Italian document:

PARTITA CATASTALE: FOGLIO N°: PARTICELLA N: SUPERFICIE MQ.: ... PARTITA

Particella is a plot by the way.

In wordReference, the line I gave above in Italian is supposed to be translated in Califorania in the following way:

In California it's called "map book" "page" and "parcel number".
This question is not easy to be sure.

agree  philgoddard: Yes, this is what I'd go for. I don't think most people would know what cadastral means. And it's not the register itself, as some people have suggested, but an entry in it.
