Hello everyone. I am translating a text on city planning and growth and I have to translate "intermediario sociale". The term refers to the agencies that put the owner of the apartment in touch with the eventual tenant. The text discusses "immobiliare sociale" in Italy and the agenzie immobiliare sociale which I have translated as "social housing agencies." I was thinking of translating intermediario sociale as social intermediary but then I found social landlord. What do you think?

or...social housing officer - basically someone who works for the agenzia immobiliare sociale. They are talking about reinforcing this type of professional role to boost employment.
