Italian term or phrase: immobili strumentali
in an asset statement included in an information document on the sale/purchase of real estate - one of the headings is "immobili di investimento e strumentali". I have put "Investment and instrumental property" but is instrumental the right term in English? I assume it means property for profit-generating exploitation, such as renting it out. Thanks in advance
