Ecco un altro dubbio: come rendere queste 2 espressioni?

Far bene al cuore appare nella frase: ...il sistema multimediale dovrebbe essere discreto...gentile e leggero. Per "far bene al cuore" di chi lo frequenta, come si direbbe poeticamente.

"Il Cuore leggero" e' invece il titolo dell'articolo che sto traducendo, anche qui e' una cosa poetica, ma non so come rendere l'idea.....
