I have two military terms referring to big guns. Although I know what they mean I do not know if there is specific military terminology.
After searching Internet for the past hour I have come to the conclusion that "mettere in batteria" is simply siting the guns while the "allestimento per la marcia" is something like preparation to relocate/redeploy/move the guns". Can anyone help? Thanks
