The document I am translating reports that a woman underwent "tre interventi chirurgici per endometriosi, per polipi all'utero e per cisti ovariche".
I'm having trouble finding the proper way to translate the last two phrases. For the firts one (polipi all'utero) I found pages mentioning both "uterine plolypus" and "cervix polyp" but I cannot tell the difference between the two and I don't know which is better.
For the second one I don't have the slightest clue. Please, help.

disagree  _floriana_: adenoid - a collection of lymphatic tissue in the throat behind the uvula

  -> interesting indeed; according to my souces (Collins and medical manual) adenoids is the medical term for polyps. whether polypus or adenoid - in either case they are an accumulation of lymphatic tissue.
