BIELLA "FRATTURATA": Sistema per cui il cappello della testa della biella anziché essere ricavato “segando” la testa viene ricavato spezzandola lungo una direttrice ben precisa. In pratica all’interno del foro della testa vengono praticate due scannellature. Quindi con un perno a dilatazione idraulica si forza il diametro fino a provocarne la rottura lungo le linee preordinate. Così quando le due parti, dopo l’introduzione della bronzina, verranno portate a contatto e tirate con le viti, esse combaceranno perfettamente garantendo maggiore compattezza.
