A search has turned up conflicting ideas from past kudoz, so hopefully someone will be able to enlighten me for this particular context. It's a wall-mounted domestic condensing gas boiler. It has an instantaneous hot-water function as well.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Sanitario is just domestic hot water (DHW) as opposed to the central-heating circuit in the combi boiler. I had rejected storage as the instantaneous hot water function involves pre-heating the heat exchanger, but I suppose it is possible it has a DHW storage tank
