that seems to be the term (AT stands for alta tensione). Whay you should want to transform High Voltage into more High Voltage is a mystery to me, but not really my field. HV/MV or HV/LV transformers seems to be more common. Either way, lots of google hits for HV/HV (auto)transformers:
