Italian term or phrase: Diamesico
Can I use the literal form: diamesic, or does it sound better to write, for example Written vs Spoken language?
I found diamesic only in some papers written by Italian students or researchers and I'm not sure if it's so much used in English...
Giulia Grasso
Diamesic
Explanation:
I think you can use it if you wish, but with an explanation somewhere. I think you have to look at the document as a whole and decide to either follow this terminology of Italian origin completely or not at all. It is extremely rare in Italian, but will form a connection (dialogue) with other authors who have used the terminology: showing that be author belongs to this school of thought.

Outline content:
Lessons will be devoted to exploring some key concepts of sociolinguistics (diamesic, diastratic, diatopic, and diaphasic variations) in relation to the Italian used today.
