L'atto sottoscritto dalle parti (Agenzia delle Entrate e società XXX) in seguito ad un accertamento di natura fiscale e la conseguente istanza di accertamento con adesione presentata dalla società.
Al termine del contraddittorio, l'Agenzia delle Entrate redige l'Atto di Adesione, che impegna la società a pagare una determinata sanzione.
Avevo pensato "Settlment Deed" ma vedo che il termine si riferisce ad atti di trasferimento di proprietà su beni immobili.

The "accertamento con adesione" is where at a certain point in the tax assessment process, the taxpayer makes an offer to the tax authorities, which they either accept or reject. As I said, and as I found in the literature the standard term used is "assessment by consent" and this is the term I use. Of course another way of putting this is an application to come to a settlement agreement.

Asker: For "Accertamento con adesione" I found "Tax Settlment Agreement" in Proz. I saw that in the Italian literature the term is indeed translated as "(Tax) Assessment by Consent"... What would you recommend between the two terms?
