Dato atto della cessione al Committente di tutti i diritti d'autore a contenuto patrimoniale del Progettista sul Progetto (nonché dei diritti d'autore a contenuto patrimoniale di eventuali collaboratori), il Progettista conserva i diritti morali d'autore sul medesimo, ed in particolare il diritto di paternità.
Nel caso i prodotti finiti, realizzati in base al Progetto, siano oggetto di attività pubblicitaria di qualsiasi natura (depliants, materiale illustrativo, pubblicazioni su giornali e riviste di settori e non, passaggi pubblicitari televisivi) dovrà essere indicato il nome del Progettista con la denominazione "_________________".
Allo stesso modo, il nome del Progettista sarà sempre indicato come quelli dell'autore del Progetto all'atto della brevettazione dello stesso da parte del Committente.
