ved sotto Explanation: sembrerebbe che manchi qualcosa.....su iniziativa di chi? bisogna dire chi è che ha predisposto l'indagine (che è poi una perizia). ho chiesto ad un avvocato qui in ufficio e mi ha detto che molto probabilmente hanno omesso "d'ufficio" (d'indagine svolta d'iniziativa d'ufficio)....il tribunale avrà chiesto un CTU, cioè una perizia e quindi si è proceduto con la causa. in bocca al lupo |

investigations ex officio Explanation: A distinction needs to be made....police investigations may be either ex offico, or else after a complaint of an injured party...my impression is that the the investigations were of the police's own initative (hence my suggestion) but Amy needs to confirm this... |
