agree  Valentina Pecchiar: IMHO Bis is to be left but it indicates an addendum, a "second art. 415" inserted between 415 and 416 and closely related to 415 in content. A second addendum would be "ter" ("third time"), not tris ("three of the kind" I think it's the translation)
