Forse se capissi il burocratese saprei tradurlo, ma non mi è del tutto chiaro il senso.

C’è scritto che…

Se gli schemi obbligatori descritti nel C.C. non rispecchiano completamente il tipo di società o ciò che fa, esiste l’obbligo – come prescrive appunto l’art. 2423 ter del C.C. – di adattare [immagino che bisogna raggruppare questi voci in uno] le voci precedute da un numero arabico. Per fortuna possiamo informarvi che non c’è stato bisogno di raggruppare o suddividere le voci dello Stato Patrimoniale e del Conto Economico ….. [… appunto perché la società o le sue attività evidentemente entrano già nei schemi descritti nel C.C.]

Bel esercizio mentale per svegliarsi in questa mattinata uggiosa!
