The disagrees seem, to me, to point to a 'self-dealing' scenario, namley the appointee can - in a dual capacity as Attorney-in-Fact and beneficiary without any fear of a conflict of interests - cash in his expectancy or debt qua payee: 'ad incassare la quota a lui spettante--' Example sentence(s):
