Italian term or phrase: accertamento negativo
Hi, I know this has come up before but am wondering if it applies in the below? An application for non-infringement doesn't seem right (I'm wrong probably) so would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

-> non-infringement needs to be clarified then, because that suggests a patent or copyright.
