Italian term or phrase: censura ricorsuale
this is part of the Judge's considerations in an appeal

"In sede d'appello l'attrice non ha assolutamente spiegato per quale motivo l'assunto del giudice di prime cure, secondo cui nella fattispecie tale inadempienza non sarebbe causale per l'insorgenza del danno, sarebbe errato e con ciò da riformare.
**Tanto basta per evadere la censura ricorsuale.**

I don't understand if **/** means that "this in itself is enough to deny the plaintiff's appeal"
or "is sufficient to render a verdict" or otherwise "sufficient to reject the appeal"
Evadere literally means "issue" in this context
censura is literally censorship
ricorsuale is "of the recourse"

Any thoughts to this effect are much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help

(civ) objection raised on appeal
Explanation:
.. sufficient to rebut or 'dodge' the objection rasied on appeal ...

cf. Revisions- or Rekursrüge in DE:

'Mit Revisionsrügen werden die Beanstandungen bezeichnet die in der Revisionbegründung gegen die angegriffene Entscheidung vorgebracht werden' >

'Reprimands or *censures* raised on appeal means the objections (demurrers) that are advanced in the grounds of the appeal to the impugned decision.'

I've pruned my answer of the critical aspect, though would agree with fringe comments that demurrers in the US and UK are more germane to a pleading showing no cause of action.
