I am unsure of how to word this phrase. The context reads:

"Dette comparenti, della cui identità personale io notaio sono certo, mi richiedono di ricevere il presente atto in virtù del quale nominano e costituiscono loro procuratore special [name], nato a [xxx] il ventinove luglio millenovecentosessantacinque e residente in [xxx], alla Via ...etc""

I have started the paragraph with:
