Italian term or phrase: procedure collettive e ai dirigenti
I was wondering if someone could tell me what "procedure collettive e ai dirigenti" means in this context. It is talking about early retirement and how the measure has now been extended to include these two categories. I'm assuming "dirigenti" means directors but I can't figure out what is meant by "procedure collettive".

Thanks in advance.

Prepensionamento

insolvency schemes and (to company) officers
Explanation:
collective procedures in FR connotes an insolvency and concomitant mass (collective) redundancy scenario.

If the Italian term is cognate, then it could mean early retirement for laid off workers.

agree  Pompeo Lattanzi: Confirm. Note that collective procedures in Italy are not just due to insolvency, but basically include anything involving redundancies.
