Italian term or phrase: Anitigiuridicità e beni giuridici fondamentali
Hi

could anyone help me find the equivalent of the term above in English.

The context of the translation is penal law and legal sentencing of criminals.

My attempt is

Rather than overlap or conflict criminal law, private law and administrative law should corroborate/collaborate to form consistent bodies with which to define to thresholds of unlawfulness/anti legal notions and fundamental legal ........

Many thanks

Explanation:

suggerirei poi "...should complement each other by defining/setting standard concepts" (no collaborate/corroborate)

Explanation:
beni can often mean rights but in this context I think it is intended with a broader scope

Sounds more comfortable in English to refer to scope rather than threshold: threshold more usual in relation to things like CO2 limits!
