Explanation:
It is not a price bracket - it is the value of the case on which the court issue fee (contributo unificato) is based. Also writ of summons is quite only terminology if you are using GB English - now called a statement of claim. The parties are called claimant and defendant, respectively. It is normally divided into 4 sections - Details of the parties and their counsel - The facts part which I call the particulars of the claim - arguments in law and a final part in which the claimant states his claims to the judge who will be pleaded to order certain actions and or hold certain claim admissible against the defendant.
