of his role as head of Explanation: Now "alla di lui persona" means nothing but "to him", so literally this would be something like: "deprived of the Administration [etc.] Department reporting/referring to him" i.e. deprived of his role as head of the department. At least that's how I read it. Needless to see, it's Italian legalese at its ... ehm ... finest. |
