careful/comprehensive drafting of the contract Explanation: As Sonia says, "drafting of the contract", but the problem here for me is how to effectively translate "adeguata". Iwould go for "careful" or "comprehensive", which I think is the idea. There are a lot of things being covered here, and they want something that covers everything, 'comprehensively, including limitations of liability. The sentence could also be recast to use an adverb/verb construction rather than adjective/noun, if you prefer, i.e. "by carefully drafting the contract" |
