costs charged for shareholder functions Explanation: "group organisation chart which clearly shows ... the absence of costs charged for shareholder functions" This is much clearer "management fees" means that we are talking about investment funds and asset management and "organigramma di gruppo" fits with intercompany business. Probably a banking group with an asset management company managing funds for other companies in the Group. There will be costs for functions connected with being a shareholder (attending meetings) which must not be charged to other companies, otherwise the management fees are not deductible. |
