Salve,

here is another one from the same bylaws...
it says,

"Il consiglio di Amministrazione deve deliberare in adunanza collegiale"...

I am assuming that this is just a fancy way for saying that the CdA must meet "officially" - as in going through the whole procedure to convene the meeting etc.

But I am really not very sure, any suggestions?
