bit difficult to get this one into idiomatic English because the 'amministrazione statica/dinamica' has no exact parallel ('active' and 'passive' investment management is something different), but it looks pretty close to what we would expect a custodian bank to do, maybe:
'the usual responsibilities of a custodian (bank/trustee) are set out in...'

1) Amministrazione statica: scopo primario del fiduciante è che siano garantite la custodia, l’esercizio dei diritti inerenti ai beni e la riservatezza nei confronti di tutti coloro che non siano dotati di un legittimo potere di indagine. Il fiduciante chiede alla società fiduciaria di essere un buon esecutore dell’incarico relativo all’operazione commissionata e custode professionale per il periodo di mantenimento del bene ad essa intestato.
2) Amministrazione dinamica: l’obiettivo del fiduciante si sostanzia in una ricerca della struttura tecnica che professionalmente si attivi per effettuare gli investimenti delle sue disponibilità.
