Italian term or phrase: *obbligazioni * sia *proprie* che di terzi
"- la prestazione di garanzie reali e/o personali per obbligazioni sia proprie che di terzi, anche ..." It's a clause setting out the corporate purpose of an S.r.l. . I don't know how to render *proprie* in way that is not clumsy ... Maybe "the Company's *own* ... And I'm not sure if *obbligazioni* is obligations or bonds (my guess is bonds) in this context. I'd appreciate any help.

the company's own obligations and those of third parties
Explanation:
I would do it this way which is very clear.
"the provision of .... both for the company's own obligations and those of third parties"
Alternatively " ... both own and third party obligations"
I think you can go happily with obligations as in "obligation to pay"
