My doubt lies in the use of "suo" rather than "loro," which seems to indicate that they're only talking about one of the parties. Also shouldn't "qualsiasi altro" be "qualsiasi altra" if it refers giurisdizione?

agree  Ambra Giuliani: also *on the basis of their present or future domicile*. "altro" because of "tribunale" and "che gli"= "il quale" for the same reason. "Suo" you got me there, and them too!
