l’orientamento prevalente della giurisprudenza most recent/up-to-date precedent Explanation: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="most recent precedent&... http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="up to date precedent&b... by this i mean the main trends emerging from the findings in the most recent cases. not a whole lot of google hits, but then neither has the original question. my answer seems, to me at least, to comply with the content of various sentences on google in which the original term appears. |

prevailing/current jurisprudence trends Explanation: se vuoi usare il termine esatto, sarebbe jurisprudence, ma in ogni caso significa proprio "case law" il modo nel quale le corti hanno deciso di interpretare ed applicare (e rendere nel loro giudizio) le leggi nella maggior parte delle cause presentate storicamente.
