frase:
dopo aveme dedotto quanto dovuto dal conduttore a qualsiasi titolo, in base al presente contratto, ivi compresa la rifusione al locatore degli eventuali danni veriftcatisi, salvo impregiudicato il maggior credito che, per qualunque causa, potra vantare il locatore stesso.

Siamo all'interno di un contratto di locazione commerciale.
