I'm translating the description of a programme to create 3D simulations from a series of 2D images loaded in a graphics processing unit. Can anyone help me with the translation of "piano" in the context of the memory of the graphics processor? Here are a couple of contexts:
- (il subroutine) sovrappone ai bit dei pixel (piani di memoria), una maschera di protezione
- il numero dei piani di memoria da considerare partendo dal meno significativo
- (il subroutine) inizializza il processore, caricando una scala di grigi nei primi sette piani di memoria.
