1. Pederobba: esiste un magazzino all’interno del quale vengono fisicamente stoccati componenti o semilavorati specifici per SKU (aste e frontali verniciati per i quali non esiste un codice a sistema) che possono essere utilizzati come ricambi (ordini di ricambio oppure ricambio per il prodotto finito). I codici sono mappati su AS400 (programma custom) con il codice dell’occhiale finito e l’indicazione del componente specifico e la quantità all’interno del magazzino phantom (ad esempio codice prodotto finito + aste, codice prodotto finito + frontale). A sistema non viene effettuata nessuna movimentazione contabile e il magazzino è gestito manualmente.
