Italian term or phrase: piani di intervento, bonifica e ripristino
IT security incidents in a bank and how to deal with them. talking about the responsibilities of a specific unit. i know what they mean, but am not sure of the jargon. difficult in particular to find something for "bonifica".

intervention, recovery and restoration plans
Explanation:
These are incident response plans and they are covered by the Basel Committee. Recovery is things like recovering deleted files. Restoration is restoring functions. The "intervention" is probably totally redundant (i.e. they wake up and start moving, and then go on to recover deleted files). I would give you more info, but I have to put me home made steak and kidney pie in the oven and this is extremely important ;-)

Plans of intervention, improvement and retreival

Explanation:
Bonifier in French and bonificar in Spanish both mean improveme. And the other meaning of bonifica (reclamation) is an agricultural term. The other two seem to be in place in an IT context.
