stock-listed... Explanation: This refers to shares in companies that are listed for trading on the stock market or -- for the "quotandi" bit -- the companies that are in the process of being listed on the stock market. CONSOB, the Italian version of the SEC, requires a number of procedures, so the "quotandi" bit would refer to companies that have applied and are waiting to be approved. In your case, I think "listed" alone doesn't quite explain enough. |
