It appears in a supply contract, in a section detailing the obligations of the supplier with regard to its employees. I suppse that NG could stand for "Norme Generali", but I am nots sure.

"In relazione a quanto previsto dagli artt. 6.0.6.2, - 6.0.6.3 - 6.0.6.5 delle *NGFM*, l’Appaltatore è responsabile in solido dell’osservanza delle norme anzidette da parte degli eventuali subappaltatori e/o ausiliari nei confronti dei loro dipendenti per le relative prestazioni rese e da parte dei somministratori nei confronti dei lavoratori somministrati; inoltre l’Enel si riserva di comunicare gli estremi del presente contratto di fornitura di servizio agli Enti interessati (Ispettorato del Lavoro, INPS, ecc.) onde porli in grado di esercitare ogni controllo di loro competenza."
