io tradurrei "mansionario" con "job description", ma non va bene perchè in azienda già usano il termine "job description" indicando però un'altra cosa, cioè un elenco sommario di compiti, mentre per loro il mansionario è un elenco molto più dettagliato...

Explanation:
Quando lavoravo in HR, per preparare le job descriptions, usavo un PAQ (Position Analysis Questionnaire). Dalle informazioni ottenute dalla persona in carica (o dal futuro capo, se si trattava di una posizione nuova) e dall'inquadramento organizzativo, preparavo una position analysis che elencava, appunto, le mansioni in dettaglio, le responsabilità, budget assegnato ecc. Da questa PA preparavo la Job Description ufficiale, dalla quale si poteva passare alla Job Evaluation che permetteva l'inquadramento della posizione nel sistema company-wide di valutazione, pertinente anche ai fini della retribuzione ed il confronto con la concorrenza (a peso aziendale-prestazione uguale retribuzione uguale).
Da ricerca google sembra comune a molte aziende o scuole hr
