Un chiaro calco dall'inglese e direi anche abbastanza bruttino in Italiano.

Il link indicato da Valeria addirittura raffigura il "quadrant" come un diagramma a settore CIRCOLARE (tipo pie chart)!
Comunque mi sembra di capire dal 2° link, che siano dei veri e propri quadranti dentro i quali vengono definite le competenze e attitudini alla ledership.
